    Why am I not surprised to see US Airways at the bottom of the list. I have had so many problems with them, the only problem is that they always make up for there mistakes with discounted flight, and so the cycle repeats.

    Great advice…I travel a lot in Canada for business and I pick Air Canada over West Jet for their superior entertainment package. The states carriers have to pick it up…it is so brutal flying down there these days….what do they expect me to do read??
